We invite you to visit our charming duplex located in one of the best areas in the south of the island. Just 2 minutes walking you will find the Ajabo beach in Callao Salvaje. It is located only 5 minutes from the Hard Rock Hotel.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed on the upper floor and a full bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor is the kitchen
independent, laundry area, a toilet and in the living-dining area a comfortable sofa-chaiselong. From the living room you access to a cozy terrace with hammocks and a table for 6 people comfortably.

If you come with small children we have a perfect folding crib.

The complex has 2 swimming pools (one of them for children) with sunbeds.
From the first floor where the living-dining room, toilet, kitchen and terrace are located, you access by stairs to the second floor where the bedrooms are located.

In the kitchen you have coffee maker, water heater, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, utensils and in the laundry area you have the washing machine.

In the common areas you can find indoor parking, large common areas that are arranged generating streets, squares and alleys that create a very pleasant atmosphere, and a large swimming pool for adults and another one for children.

The swimming pool has sun loungers, toilets and showers.

Crib available upon request. We also recommend extremely reliable babysitting.

In front of the urbanization there is a bus stop and 200 meters away there is a cab stop.
